Payment methods
Payment methods available
The buyer can pay for the products purchased on the website nircura.ro exclusively through the payment methods displayed and technically available at the time of order completion, namely:
- Online payment with bank card (Visa or MasterCard, personal or company card);
- Payment by bank transfer (based on the proforma invoice sent after placing the order).
NIRCURA reserves the right to add, modify or suspend any of the payment methods without prior notice.
Online payment with bank card (Netopia Payments)
- Online payment can be made with VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) cards.
- Both personal and company cards are accepted.
- No additional commission is charged for transactions made through the nircura.ro website.
- The following information is required to complete a payment:
- card number (all digits on the front of the card, no spaces);
- expiration date;
- security code (CVV/CVC) – the last 3 digits on the back of the card, inscribed on the strip with the holder's signature.
- Transactions are made in lei (RON), regardless of the currency of your account; currency conversion is automatically performed by the card issuing bank at its own exchange rate on the day of payment.
- Card data processing is carried out exclusively through the secure servers of the payment processor NETOPIA Payments, which is an authorized operator in Romania.
- NIRCURA does not request, process or store your card data.
- The payment system uses 3D Secure technology, for increased security in online transactions.
- If the transaction is not confirmed by the payment processor, the order will not be processed and the product will not be reserved.

Payment by bank transfer
- If you choose this method, after submitting your order you will receive a proforma invoice by email containing all the information necessary for payment.
- The order will be processed after confirmation of the full payment in NIRCURA's bank account.
- The data required for payment are as follows:

Payment reference: "Order no. [__________]" - If payment is not made within the period specified on the proforma invoice, the order may be automatically canceled without prior notice.
Billing
- The tax invoice related to the order is issued in electronic format, in accordance with art. 319 of the Fiscal Code.
- The invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided when placing the order and will not be included in the delivered package.
- The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the billing data provided.
- After the invoice is issued, the billing data can no longer be modified.
- By placing the order, the Buyer confirms that he accepts receiving the invoice exclusively in electronic format.
Payment security
- The nircura.ro website uses an SSL certificate to encrypt all data transmitted between the client and the server.
- All transactions are processed through the Netopia Payments system, which complies with PCI DSS security standards and 3D Secure protocols.
- NIRCURA does not have access to your banking data and does not store it in any form.
- If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, please contact the issuing bank and the NIRCURA support service immediately.
Payment confirmation
- After successful completion of the payment, the Buyer will receive:
- a transaction confirmation email (automatically issued by the payment system);
- an email confirming acceptance of the order, which represents the moment of conclusion of the distance contract between NIRCURA and the Buyer.
- If the payment is rejected or unconfirmed, the order will not be processed and the Buyer will be informed by email.
- If payment has been made, but the order cannot be fulfilled for objective reasons (e.g. lack of stock), the amount paid will be refunded in full within 14 working days from the date of notification.
